3. My Favorite Piece of Technology


The oldest say that the current generations were born with a cellphone. Even though I am from generation z, I had my first cellphone when I was 12 years old, it was my mother's old mobile. It didn't have a camera, it had a numbers and the snake game. 

In that sense my parents kept me away from this technological device.


On my cell phone I can study and at the same time entertain myself. It has very useful tools for daily life. I declare myself a fan of Google Maps, if I could be a mobile application, I would like to be that.



As I said, in my childhood I did not use it and if they make me choose between raising a kid with or without a cell phone, my answer is to wait until they are older.

    I also feel that the cell phone for the little ones is very dangerous and influential. And about Google Maps, it's a lot of fun looking for strange things jaja

Whenever older people asked me "what do you want to be when you grow up?" I got paralyzed. I have never liked that question. I was just saying "when I grow up I'll find out". It made me uncomfortable having to think about my future, because the social outbreak or the pandemic, showed me that everything could change.   Despite not having clarity, I wanted journalism because it is a fairly free career, where I can talk about whatever I want. 1. Who I am?

My name is Costanza Fernanda Zuñiga Molina. I know, it's a long name. Honestly, I hated my name as a child.  Well, I'm 18 years old, my birthday is coming soon (April 22, so you can wish me a happy birthday). All these years I have lived in the same place. I'm from Maipú, one of the largest communes in Santiago. I live with my parents, my brother and my pets, a dog named Goody and a cat named Emma. I really love them. 4. The Story of a Picture

Entering the university opens the doors to a new world. One day of last year, I was at the Ñuble station when I received an email from my teacher suspending the class. As soon as I got the message I thought: "what do I do?". It was more than three hours until my next class. Sitting in the station, I remembered that a while ago I wanted to go to Brussels, a cafeteria in Providence. I had worked, so I didn't need permission or money to go where I wanted. Minutes later I was in Los Leones heading to the cafe. It was my first time going out alone. The happiness and fulfillment that I felt is indescribable. I felt empowered, that I don't have to depend on someone if I have myself. That morning I got out of my comfort zone and showed myself much more than I expected. "Messy 8x8" and "hot chocolate" from Brussels- Heart of chocolate
